The Anti-Discrimination Commission Queensland is an independent statutory body established under the Queensland Anti-Discrimination Act 1991 (the Act).

The head office is in Brisbane, and regional offices located in Cairns, Townsville and Rockhampton.

We deliver frontline services to the Queensland community, including businesses, state and local government, the community sector and people throughout the state.

The Commission’s services include:

resolving complaints received under the Act;
delivering training to business, government and the community; and
promoting public discussion on human rights.
